Small villa situated in the upper part of a hill that overlooks and dominates the gulf of Castellammare. The house is set inside a natural country context. Beautiful and broad views reaching as far as the sea. Peaceful position. The villa has its own equipped outdoor area of approx. 5,000 m2 with barbecue and outdoor shower. It is possible to go for walks. Parking.
LOCATION: Located on the northwest part of the island only 4 km from the beginning of the Zingaro natural reserve, above the mythic stacks of Scopello (ancient tunny-fishing nets), 35 km from Erice, 40 km Trapani. The town of Castellammare del Golfo with all kinds of shops is only 10 km away. Food shop 2.2 km. The sea is only 900 m away as the crow flies, while the nearest pebble beach (Guidaloca) can be reached by car (3.2 km). The big white sandy beach of S. Vito lo Capo can be reached by boat with departures from Castellammare. From Castellammare there are hydrofoils for the islands of Ustica and Favignana.
